Über die Ausstellung:

Goldene Worte der Frauenmatinee ist ein kollektiver Raum der Selbstermächtigung, in dem Frauen nicht nur Zuschauerinnen, sondern auch Erzählerinnen und Gestalterinnen des Lebens sind.

FABRIKRAUM präsentiert die Ergebnisse des Workshops Golden Words, geleitet von Viktoria Ratasich und Sezer Dilan Zirhli, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Feminist Cross Stitch Club – einer feministischen Stickerei-Initiative. Die Teilnehmerinnen bestickten violette Satintuniken mit feministischen Slogans in goldenen Fäden – eine stille, kraftvolle Sprache des Widerstands, die unsichtbare Arbeit sichtbar macht. Jede Naht wird zu einem Zeichen im kollektiven Gedächtnis.

Die entstandenen Werke sowie das Fanzine The Golden Book werden im Rahmen dieser eindrucksvollen Ausstellung präsentiert.

About the Exhibition:
Golden Words of The Women’s Matinée is a collective space of self-empowerment where women are not only spectators but also storytellers and designers of life.

FABRIKRAUM presents the results of the Golden Words Workshop, led by Viktoria Ratasich and Sezer Dilan Zirhli, in collaboration with the Feminist Cross Stitch Club—a feminist embroidery initiative. Participants stitched feminist slogans on purple satin robes using golden thread: a silent, powerful language of resistance that makes invisible labor visible. Each stitch becomes a mark in our collective memory.

The resulting works and the fanzine The Golden Book will be on view as part of this thought-provoking exhibition.
